I was wondering if you are planning on ever finishing your Hollow Dreams au, because I read the first chapter and it’s very well written and the art you’ve done for it is absolutely stunning and it seems like a very interesting twist on sleeping beauty. Well first off. I’d like to say thank you for your kind words, it really means a lot to me, you’re a beautiful human being. <3

And second, in all honesty… part of the reason I will not be continuing the fic is I’ve lost interest in Klance. Not only that but I barely have enough time now to work on projects I enjoy. So the bad news is I won’t be finishing that fic, or (or any fic tbh) but the good news (i think) is that I plan to tweak it more and make it an original novel. I’ve lost love for klance… my motivation to continue that story as a klance fic is gone just because it’s simply not what I enjoy anymore. To each their own though but at the end of the day, I’d much rather write something original with my own characters because my perspective on them won’t change. I’ll always be passionate about their stories and it’s why I decided to stop writing fanfiction altogether and focus more on developing stories and characters that are solely my own. I hope people can understand my decision.

Thank you so much!! And That’s a really good question actually. It’s true I didn’t like Kallura in the beginning. I had this twisted warped way of thinking where I’d convince myself that it was a toxic ship. My aversion to it however, stemmed a lot from my shipping Klance, and not the ship being toxic itself. Rather my closed mindedness to be open to it.

But I actually began to wonder why others liked it. So I talked to a few Kallura shippers and I kind of understood their point of view and why they liked the ship. Shipping is really all about preferences and some people prefer the dynamic Keith and Allura share. One of struggle, but also the ability to overcome their differences and form a mutual respect, understanding, and acceptance towards one another. Soon I began to see the relationship for what it was. Exactly that. Instead of the fabricated mentality I had created for them and when I put aside the “this gets in the way of klance” mentality I had as well (whether I realized it or not). And now I absolutely just adore this couple, they’re incredibly understanding and gentle with one another. They’re incredibly similar, both stubborn and passionate and determined, yet come from two different worlds. As season 3 and 4 came around I absolutely fell so in love with their relationship.

So what I’m saying is. I used to be a lot like the antis in this fandom. closed minded, entitled, I wont deny it. But in the end. It’s tiring to hate. It’s incredibly time consuming and it’s not healthy either. Because Voltron is about love, it’s about strong bonds and relationships and found family. It’s not meant to create so much hate. Why hate when you can love. Kallura and their development actually shows this incredibly well. “My anger has blinded me for too long.” So acceptance… it really comes from an open mind. Seeing things from another person’s perspective and really trying to understand them. That’s how I learned to love Kallura and many other ships actually.

Happy Belated Kallura Positivity Day!!! Here’s the full set of the Aladdin AU I’ve been working on!! ^_^ I thought it was perfect for them when I watched it again, not only because this story is about an orphan and a princess but also because they’re personalities fit incredibly well!

I also had a hard time picking between Lance and Hunk for who the genie was but i came up with a compromise. He gets two genies, but sadly bc its still one lamp. (also yes they’re dating) Keith still only gets three wishes :P and Shiro is a were-tiger, Pidge is also a human Abu. I think you can identify the rest.
